An ice bath gives you cold water on tap, at home, whenever you want it. Our range covers two builds. Wooden cedar tubs with a stainless steel liner sit permanently in a garden or studio. Inflatable tubs pack away and travel. Every model here takes two 1/2" chiller ports, so you plunge without hauling bags of ice.

The right tub comes down to posture and space. Some people want a quick upright dip. Others want to lie back and stay in longer. Pick the shape that matches how you plunge, then match a chiller to the water volume.

Upright or reclined?

Upright tubs keep you in a seated, squat-style position with the water high on your chest. Sessions tend to be short and sharp. The Cedar and the Core both work this way. They take up little floor space.

Reclined tubs let you lean back and stretch your legs out. That eases the load on the neck and hips, so breathing settles faster. Most regular plungers end up preferring it. The Oval Cedar, Elite and Pro all recline.

Sizing the tub to the space

Wooden tubs are fixtures. The round Cedar needs a 930mm circle. The Oval Cedar runs 1300mm long. Inflatable tubs range from the 132cm Pro up to the 155cm Elite. Measure your spot before you buy, and leave room to step in and out. A stated tub size is not the water volume you fill, so read the litres before pairing a chiller.

Whichever tub you choose, it needs cold water to earn its keep. Pair any of these with one of our ice bath chillers for a hands-free plunge that holds temperature. Keep the water clear with the right filter cartridges. Many owners pair cold work with heat, so it is worth a look at our saunas for contrast sessions.

Common questions

Do I need a chiller with an ice bath?

No, but a chiller saves you buying ice daily. Every tub here has two 1/2" ports for one. Without a chiller you fill the tub and add ice by hand. A chiller holds your set temperature and runs on a closed loop, so the cold is ready whenever you are.

What is the difference between the cedar and inflatable tubs?

Cedar tubs are permanent fixtures with a steel liner. They stay put and age into a deeper tone. Inflatable tubs use thick PVC over a drop-stitch core. They pack into a carry bag and move between a garden, gym or trip. Both take a chiller and both drain through an outlet valve.

Can I use an ice bath outdoors all year?

Yes, all our tubs work indoors and outdoors. The cedar shell copes with damp air well. A fitted cover keeps leaves out and slows the water warming between plunges. In freezing weather, take standard freeze precautions with any chiller and hoses.

How do I keep the water clean?

Run a chiller with a filter and change the water regularly. The chiller circulates water through a cartridge that traps hair and debris. Rinse the cartridge every week or two. A fitted cover between sessions keeps the water clear for longer.

Every ice bath ships with free UK delivery and a 30-day returns window. If it is not right for your space, send it back.
