Delivery Information

Delivery is free on every order across mainland UK.

Larger items such as tubs and chillers are delivered kerbside. The driver brings your order to the nearest hard standing at your address. Smaller accessories arrive by tracked courier.

Once your order is placed we confirm your delivery date by email. If you need to change the date, reply to that email or call 0800 368 8590.

Areas we cover

Free delivery covers mainland England, Wales and Scotland. For the Scottish Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland, call us before ordering and we will quote the extra cost up front.

Checking your order

Check the packaging before signing if you can. If anything arrives damaged, email [email protected] within 48 hours with photos and we will put it right.
