Core Ice Bath: A Portable Upright Plunge

The Core Ice Bath is an inflatable tub with a tall, round body. You drop into a squat-style position with the water high on your chest. It is the traditional way to plunge. Athletes reach for it when they want short, sharp cold exposure.

The whole tub inflates in minutes and packs back into its bag. That makes it easy to move between a garden, a gym, or a training camp.

Thick insulated walls

The walls are heavy-duty PVC over a 5cm drop-stitch core. That is a thick wall for an inflatable bath. It holds a firm shape and slows down how fast the water warms. Inflate to a maximum of 8 PSI for a rigid, stable tub.

Chiller ready

Two 1/2" connectors sit on the body, one in and one out. Link them to any of our ice bath chillers for hands-free cooling. An outlet valve empties the tub when you change the water.
