Inflatable Ice Baths

Our inflatable ice baths pack away between sessions and travel anywhere you plunge. All three wrap heavy PVC around a drop-stitch core, hold 400 to 450 litres, and take two 1/2" chiller ports. Pick the upright barrel for a short, sharp dip, or a reclined tub to lie back and stay in longer. Match the litres to your chiller before you buy. Free UK delivery on every model.

An inflatable ice bath gives you cold water exposure without a permanent fixture. Each tub inflates in minutes, then packs into a carry bag when you are done. That makes it the practical pick for a shared garden, a gym, or a training trip.

All three models here share the same core build. Heavy PVC wraps a drop-stitch panel, which sets firm at 8 PSI. The difference between them comes down to posture, length, and how much water they hold.

How to choose an inflatable ice bath

Start with posture. The Core stands you upright in a squat, so sessions stay short and sharp. The Pro and Elite let you recline and stretch your legs out. That eases the load on your neck and hips. Then check the footprint. The Core needs only a 90cm circle, while the Elite runs 155cm long. Every tub takes two 1/2" ports, so pair it with a chiller and match the litres to that unit.

ModelPostureCapacitySize (mm)Wall
Core Ice BathUpright, seated400-450 L900 dia x 750 h5cm drop-stitch

Elite Ice BathReclined, ergonomic~450 L1550 x 760 x 6200.7mm PVC drop-stitch

Prefer a permanent fixture that stays put in the garden? Look at our wooden ice baths instead. Whichever tub you pick, it needs cold water to work, so pair it with one of our ice bath chillers for a hands-free plunge. You can browse the full range on our main ice baths page.

Common questions

Do I need a chiller with an inflatable ice bath?

No, but a chiller saves buying ice each day. Every tub has two 1/2" ports for one. Without a chiller you fill the tub and add ice by hand. A chiller holds your set temperature on a closed loop, so the cold is ready when you are.

How long does one take to set up?

A few minutes with the included hand pump. You inflate the walls to 8 PSI until firm, then fill with water. Draining is just as quick through the outlet valve. Deflate and pack it into the carry bag to move it on.

Which inflatable model should I choose?

The Core for an upright dip, the Elite for reclining. The Core suits tight spaces and quick sessions. The Pro fits a small corner but still lets you lean back. The Elite has a sculpted shell for the longest, most comfortable plunges.

Can I use one outdoors?

Yes, all three work indoors and outdoors. The thick PVC copes with sun and weather. A fitted lid keeps debris out between sessions. In freezing weather, take standard freeze precautions with any chiller and hoses.

Every inflatable ice bath ships with free UK delivery and a 30-day returns window. If it is not right for your space, send it back.
