Infrared saunas are the low-effort way into home heat therapy. Every cabin here plugs into a normal 13A socket. There is no water, no steam and no wiring work. You sit, the panels warm you, then step out to cool down.

How infrared heat differs

A traditional sauna heats the air to 90°C or more. Infrared skips that. Carbon and ceramic panels emit heat that your body absorbs directly. The cabin stays at a comfortable 60°C while you still sweat. Sessions feel gentler on the chest and easier to sit through. Prefer classic steam heat? Sizing by person count

Match the cabin to how many people use it and the space you have. The one-person cabin is 900mm square. Two people need 1200mm of width. Three want 1500mm, four want 1800mm. The corner model seats three to four while saving floor space, since it slots into an unused corner. Short on room? A folding sauna blanket or portable tent gives infrared heat without a cabin.

EMF, heaters and run cost

Every cabin uses low-EMF heaters, reading 0-20 mG at about 10cm from the panel. Power draw is low. The one-person cabin pulls 1.35 kW; the four-person pulls 3.05 kW. That is close to running a kettle or two. A 30-minute session costs pennies, not pounds. The four-person model runs best on a dedicated 16A supply.

Common questions

How hot does an infrared sauna get?

They run at around 60°C, cooler than a traditional sauna. Infrared warms your body directly, so you sweat at a lower air temperature. The heat feels gentler and easier to sit through.

Do infrared saunas need special wiring?

No, the one to three-person cabins use a standard 13A plug. The four-person model ships with a 13A plug but runs best on a dedicated 16A supply. No plumbing is needed.

Are the heaters low EMF?

Yes, every cabin uses low-EMF heaters. Readings sit in the 0-20 mG range at about 10cm from the panel. The wiring is spread evenly to avoid hot spots.

What does an infrared sauna cost to run?

A session costs pennies, not pounds. The one-person cabin draws 1.35 kW and the four-person draws 3.05 kW. That is close to a kettle. A half-hour sit is cheap at typical UK electricity rates.

Every infrared sauna ships free across mainland UK. Returns are accepted within 30 days. Cabins carry a two-year warranty with UK-based support.
