The Inflatable Plunge is the easiest way to start cold plunging. The rigid drop-stitch walls hold their shape once inflated, and the whole tub sets up in about five minutes. When you are done, it packs away into the carry bag.
An insulated lid slows ice melt between sessions. A pump comes in the box. Add a chiller later if the habit sticks.
